Bulldog Basketball : Agility Training
Girls & Boys entering 7-12 grade
Basketball is all about running, jumping, cutting and moving. Training to be athletic is often an overlooked and underrated part of playing basketball. Speed and Agility sessions will push a player to their limits physically and improve their ability to move on the basketball court. Areas of focus will include: 1) Vertical Explosiveness. 2) Foot Speed & First Step Take Off. 3) Lateral Quickness. 4) Jump Speed. 5) Injury Prevention. 6) Flexibility. 7) Core Strength. 8) Balance & Body Control.
