Becker Boost: Female Strength & Conditioning
For Female High School Athletes entering 7th grade - 12th grade in the 2025-2026 school year.
Becker Boost is a strength and conditioning program designed exclusively for female athletes of any sport who are looking to take their performance to the next level. This program provides personalized training plans tailored to each athlete’s goals, whether it's improving overall fitness, increasing vertical jump, building strength in specific areas like legs or arms, enhancing speed, or boosting endurance. In addition to customized workouts, athletes have the option to follow a nutrition plan to support their training and overall health. Becker Boost empowers female athletes to develop strength, confidence, and athleticism in a supportive and challenging environment.
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
7:30am-8:30am
Starting June 9th, Ending July 31st (approximately 6 weeks of in person, but 8 weeks of total workout plans)
No In Person Training the week of July 4th (June 30th--July 3rd) and July 14th--July 17th (a workout plan will be given for these two weeks that we miss in person training).
