Winter Walking

You’ve been asking for a walking program—and now it’s here! Winter Walking is an indoor walking opportunity designed to help community members stay active throughout the winter.

What: Indoor Walking
When: Monday–Friday (no walking on the following dates: JAN 15, 16, 19, FEB 13, 16, 26, MAR 3, 6, 20, APR 3, 6, 24
Time: 4:00–7:00 PM
Where: Becker Primary School
Dates: January 5, 2026 – May 1, 2026

The cost is $20. Participants need to register online through Becker Community Education. After registering, you will need to stop by the Community Education Office during regular office hours to pick up a walking badge (we will call you when your badge is ready). Badges would be required and worn while walking.

All participants need to bring a change of shoes when walking. There are benches by the entrance to sit on and change shoes. You can leave personal belongings on the bench; Becker Community Education is not responsible for the items. If you need to use the bathroom, please use the restrooms located next to rooms 216 & 217. No strollers or wheels allowed in the halls. We're excited to have you walking the halls!
